Rascal Van Russ 

Based in London, Russ has been inspired by weekly radio show of his favorite DJ Armin van Buuren. Face To Face - is the track that changed his life. And that was the moment (back in 2008) when he realised that he want to play. "I remember the first track that I beat matched was Face To Face and Fine Without You by Armin van Buuren featuring J. Rene. Still remember those feelings after that."

RvR - Rascal van Russ - the name that didn't just come up suddenly. As a boy at school, i was always called Russ, or by closest friends - van Russ. In fact all of my closest friends nick names started with "van", it was someone's idea to be sort of a Dutch man, because someone thought it sounded really cool. Rascal was added at work at Bloomsbury by one of my work colleagues. I've always looked at this name as in the brand. Don't know why, maybe because if you think of making your career more professional, you have to see your name as a brand and make sure you are not building' it on your own.

There is always have to be someone around you. You won't be able to make it all by yourself. I Don't think that there is something special that i can add about myself, apart from the fact, that everyone who knows this name RvR, can only associate it with Music, Music, and Music only! It's true! I can't imagine any single day without a loud music.

About Family 

At the moment I'm also trying myself as a producer, having two own tracks already, I know where is my future will be. I have a wonderful daughter who is also passionate about sounds. Ones there is any noise or sound that is played at home, she stands up and goes for a wild dance with both hands up it the air! It looks very cool and sweet especially when you think that she is only two years old. I love her so much! That's about it!

About Armin van Buuren.

This guy is a very unique person. Probably the most smartest DJ on the planet! He was my big inspiration when i started as a DJ, and probably still is! Rascal about TB radio show I spend too much time for it just to make it sound okay! Episodes, Track lists, Shouts - everything is on the record book. Will never stop doing that. Hopefully ))

About Movies

I wish I had more time to watch them. Those like I'm Legend or kind of a disaster movies - one of my favorites. But the list goes on and I simply can not name them all.

About Sport

Oooohhh...I think everyone knows that I'm a big fan of English Premier League, and that my beloved team was always Man United. I think when I was about 15, David Beckham still played there, and I was a big fan of both, Beckham, Man U and even an England fan. I don’t think if there are any games that I've missed or didn't watch at all since 2006.I used to play when I was younger.
